Actres 34 is a refractory coating with an extremely high resistance to wear (high air flow rates) and a range of extremely corrosive chemicals. Actres 34 can be applied to fibre cladding, refractory bricks and refractory castable.
The special coating forms a hard layer that captures fibres and protects the fibre cladding from wear, which prolongs the service life.
The coating also reflects heat back into the equipment, which can achieve major energy savings.
